Welcome to our Rotary Club: Gary Nessel and DeeAnne Hawkins...
Gary was raised in Yachats, Oregon and married his high school sweetheart Jerrine 49 years ago. They have one son and two grandchildren. Gary served in the United States Air Force and the Oregon Air National Guard for 34 years where he was a Jet Engine Mechanic specializing in F-100, F0101, F4 and F-15 Fighters.
DeeAnne has lived in Arizona since 1966. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience to bring to the club from the world of finances and Real Estate. A Chandler High School and Mesa Community graduate, she majored in Finance at ASU and went on to manage the Trust and Investment Department at Bank of America becoming a certified Trust and Finance Advisor. In 1999 DeeAnne made a career change to Real Estate. Since 2002 DeeAnne specializes in helping buyers and sellers and teaches pre-licensing courses to new agents. DeeAnne is married to Doug who is also a Rotarian and enjoys with him two sons.
