The May Rotarian of the Month is Landon Osborn who has been a member since 2005. Landon is being recognized for being the Program Coordinator of the AWIM (A World in Motion) program at Canyon State Academy for the last 11 years. Landon oversees all aspects of this
education program in working with the individual schools, teaching and recruiting volunteers. Canyon State Academy is a private Queen Creek school serving male youth, ages 11-17, with a history of delinquent behaviors and special needs. Through Landon’s leadership, the students come alive building motorized toys. Landon always participates in our other service efforts, including the Annual Pancake Breakfast, Annual Charity Golf Tournament and delivering the Sun Lakes Splash Newspaper.
