4-Way Test High School Speech Debate Contest

Bill McCoach: The 4-Way Test is a Rotary way of life in the things that we say, live and do as much as we can. Each year we invite the local high schools of the Chandler Unified School District to send a student to compete in this speech contest. A certificate is presented in recognition of their debate participation.
