Frank Wiley: The Youth Protection Officer shall be in charge of Youth Protection (Sexual Harassment Policy) as pertains to RYLA, Interact, Rotaract, Youth Exchange, and any youth programs in which our Club participates. Must abide by our Club By-Laws as described in Article4-Duties of Officers.
